Returns & Exchanges

At Y R U, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your account email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original shoe box or packaging and affix the printed return label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
